Once verified, your account is immediately active and ready to use. You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in the Philippines to be eligible to register. Each player is allowed only one account — duplicate registrations are against our Terms and Conditions. To register with pinoy time, you must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the Philippines. You will need a valid Philippine mobile number to receive your OTP verification code. A working email address is also recommended so you can receive account notifications and important updates. You must agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before completing registration. Players who are found to be underage or outside the Philippines may have their accounts suspended pending review.

No — each player is permitted to hold only one active pinoy time account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts using different mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If a duplicate account is found, both accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending investigation. If you have forgotten your password, use the account recovery option on the login screen to reset it via your registered Philippine mobile number. You will receive an OTP to verify your identity, after which you can set a new, strong password. Make sure your new password is unique and not reused from other platforms or apps. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact [email protected] with your account details so our team can assist you manually. For security reasons, pinoy time will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat.

Deposits & Withdrawals

pinoy time accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash and Maya — the two most widely used mobile wallets in the Philippines. All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP), so there are no currency conversion fees for Filipino players.
